Why should I get an electric scooter?

An electric vehicle makes everyday life easier for you and gives you more mobility and freedom. Whether for shopping, events or trips with the family - a senior mobile home can be used in a variety of ways and gives you new mobility options.

What is the difference between a power wheelchair and a mobility scooter?

An electric wheelchair is aimed at people with severe and permanent physical limitations who would not be able to cope with their everyday lives without technical help. An electric vehicle, on the other hand, is intended for people with limited mobility who are able to control the vehicle with both hands and get in and out independently.

Where can an electric vehicle be parked?

Ideally, the electric vehicle is parked indoors or in the garage, where it is protected from the weather and unauthorized access. If there is no enclosed space, we recommend using a suitable cover to protect the vehicle from rain and dirt.

How does delivery take place?

We deliver to any regular address in Switzerland. The scooter comes fully assembled and is completely tested and charged by us before delivery. You can drive off immediately.

Do I need a driving license?

No, a driving license is not required to use an electric vehicle.

Do I need a helmet?

Although not required by law, it is advisable to voluntarily wear a (bicycle) helmet to avoid possible serious injuries in the event of an accident.

Are there funding opportunities for electric vehicles?

Under certain conditions, the health insurance company contributes all or part of the costs of a (medically necessary) electric vehicle.

Will I receive an introduction to the operation?

You will receive instructions for use and a written quick guide. If you would like a personal introduction, please let us know by phone.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery upon purchase is free in Switzerland.

How do I recharge the scooter and how far can I go?

After a long journey you need to recharge the scooter.
We also supply you with the charger with an approx. 2m long cable. You can also bridge further distances with an extension cable.
You must plug the scooter into a normal socket, preferably overnight. You can find out how far you can drive with a full battery in the product sheet.

Is there a service and how often?

After approx. 2 years, you should have a specialist dealer carry out a service and change the batteries if necessary. To do this, call us and we will pick up the scooter from your home. After the service we will bring it back to you. In addition to the service costs, we currently charge CHF 160 for collection and delivery.

Can I take my scooter with me on the train?
